MPA will be held on March 10, 2011
Place: Campbell University, Buies Creek
Depart from FA4 theater: 10:30 am
Return: 3:15 pm
What to bring:
- Students are to wear their formal chorus attire:
- Ladies: black long skirt, white top, white tank top or cami under uniform top, black (closed toe shoes), black tights, no jewelry permitted.
- Gentleman: Uniform tux and black shoes.
- Students are to bring a bag lunch or money for lunch
MPA (Music Performance Adjudication) is a choral festival that takes place all over the state of North Carolina. Students sing for 3 judges, the judges will grade them based on their overall performance. They will focus on tone/vocal production, intonation, diction, technique, musicality and overall effect. This field trip is mandatory for all chorus members. This will be a very large portion of their performance grade for this track.
